Maintenance

Aotd PM wants to ensure its tenants live in a safe, well maintained home. In order to do so, we rely on YOU to report ALL maintenance issues in a timely manner. Use the guidelines below to determine if yours is an EMERGENCY. If it is an EMERGENCY, please contact our office immediately to report (850)576-5421. If it is not an emergency, you must complete the Maintenance Request Form found online or in the office. If you are unable to come during normal business hours feel free to use our drop boxes.

 The following guidelines are what constitutes a maintenance emergency: plumbing, electrical, gas or heat not working.

Remember, an emergency is anything relating to the property that is threatening to life, health, or to the property that cannot wait until the next business day for repair. Remember in case of a fire big or small always call 911!
